He has around four years of experience in sales, particularly in IT infrastructure and ELV systems. Originally from Jordan, he holds a bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from XXXX University. He began his career as a Technical Engineer at XXXX in Jordan, where he worked for approximately one and a half years. His responsibilities included meeting with clients to discuss product requirements, managing and monitoring installed systems and infrastructure, installing servers and storage, designing and implementing network and cabling solutions, and setting up CCTV systems, video walls, and digital signage. He later moved to the UAE to explore better opportunities and gain broader experience. He joined XXXX Construction as a Sales Engineer, where he contributed to the commercial development of ELV projects and supported sales activities related to electrical systems. His role included generating new business leads through market research, client communication, and coordination with suppliers. He also built strong client relationships that supported ongoing business development. After two years, he joined XXXX as a Technical Sales Engineer, engaging with clients to understand requirements, conduct site surveys, and deliver technical solutions for IT infrastructure, electronics, and ELV systems such as control systems, surveillance, home automation, CCTV, and access control. He collaborated closely with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery and maintained strong relationships with clients across government, enterprise, construction, and SME sectors, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
