1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He has 8 years of experience in the sales field and 4 years of experience in India and has previously worked in tech sales and tech support at XXXX, handling clients from the US and Canada. This role was more on a freelance basis during his time in India. Currently, he is working as a team leader or commonly referred to as a Senior Relationship Manager in the industry. He has been with XXXX, a DIFC-based company in Dubai, for nearly two years. When he joined the company, he started as a Relationship Manager and, within 6 to 7 months, was promoted to Team Leader based on his strong performance. Since then, he has been actively managing both his team and client responsibilities, while also exploring new opportunities to grow within the industry. Prior to joining XXXX, he was involved on the IB and marketing side, working as an Introducing Broker for XXXXX in equity. That’s where his career in Dubai began. He initially started in telesales, then transitioned into a Relationship Manager role, and eventually became a Sales Manager. He spent around one and a half years there before moving to his current role.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   His strongest skills lie in negotiation and building new relationships. These have consistently been his key strengths, and he has continued to refine and improve them over time. In his journey—especially in sales where everything revolves around numbers—strong networking and relationship-building have made the job much smoother. Even after transitioning to a completely different industry upon moving to Dubai, he has been able to perform well due to his communication and relationship-building abilities. These remain his strongest assets.

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
   Currently he works in a brokerage company in sales field. He currently leads a team of eight people. His responsibilities include client onboarding, acquisition, retention, and providing market insights. Here they are involved in trading platforms, including MetaTrader and their own proprietary platform called Saturn, which is developed by XXXX company. He is currently working on these platforms and aside from that he has existing clients. This has been one of his key advantages—being part of an established firm allows him to maintain strong client relationships. Many of these clients are still actively working with them.
