1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He has 12 years of experience in the industry and currently works for a regulated exchange based in the UAE. Although the exchange was established in 2019, he joined early on and played a key role in its growth. The platform now operates across multiple continents, with licensed entities in Indonesia, both onshore and offshore presence in Malaysia, and a presence in Lithuania. He also worked closely with the Dubai government for four years before pursuing a master's in finance. Earlier in his career, he spent four years in the commercial side of the oil and gas sector. For the past four years, he has been focused on the fintech and crypto space, gaining valuable expertise in fintech, payments, and financial systems.  He works closely with a range of vendors, including banks, LPs, and PSPs. With a strong academic background in finance and professional experience in fintech, he aims to further expand his journey in the evolving financial technology landscape. Currently, his role has expanded in managing banking partnerships and collaborating with fintech partners such as liquidity providers and PSPs. He works closely with a range of vendors, including banks, LPs, and PSPs.
    

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   He has a strong expertise in the finance sector, with a deep focus on the fintech industry within the UAE, particularly in relation to regulations. As an onboarding specialist, he brings extensive experience in payments, both crypto and fiat. His expertise extends to working with banks, LPs, and NPSPs, building cross-border relationships with vendors from Indonesia to Europe, the Middle East, and Turkey.

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
   Since 2021, he has been actively involved in the crypto space, contributing to the development of a crypto exchange from the ground up. He is a finance expert more than a business development professional. From the client side, he has also taken on responsibilities related to the OTC desk. He engages directly with external institutions and individuals who onboard for OTC services. As one of the early employees, he has worked closely with multiple departments, including legal, compliance, finance, and operations. He maintains strong coordination across these functions and partially reports to the founder, COO, and head of finance. He has complete exposure to various platforms, including extensive experience with Fireblocks, a wallet service provider for crypto transactions and payments. Fireblocks is a key tool used for all crypto-related transfers, and his expertise in utilizing this platform can be added to his profile.
