  1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
    He has over five years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, primarily focused on markets across APAC, Europe, the US, and briefly the UAE. He began his career in India as an SDR at a company where he generated qualified leads and scheduled meetings. Due to the small team size, he was soon promoted to an Account Executive, handling the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals. He later worked at a sales and distribution automation SaaS company, where he managed clients across APAC and the Middle East, including account management responsibilities due to the absence of a dedicated customer success team. Most recently, he worked with a global payroll and HR solutions company, covering Europe and the US. The company paused operations in the US, leading to a layoff. He has since rejoined his previous company, continuing in an end-to-end sales role.

  2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
    He considers his strongest skills to be listening and negotiation. Over the years, he has developed these skills through his experience in sales, which have helped him successfully close various long sales cycles in B2B sales. These sales cycles can sometimes last six months or even up to a year, but his skills have enabled him to navigate and close those deals effectively.
