   Has over five years of experience in sales and customer service. He started his career as a Customer Solutions Representative at a technology firm, where responsibilities included handling customer inquiries and addressing the product and service-related concerns. Also managed service requests and ensure he addresses the customer issues on time. Then he moved to XXXX, a financial services firm, as a Sales Specialist role he was providing client support via email and phone call for account-related matters such as opening, updating, and closing accounts including checking, savings, and loans. His role involved identifying customer needs, cross-selling financial products, handling inbound inquiries, and resolving client requests, After one and a half years in the company, he relocated to UAE to pursue new opportunities and gain experience. He later joined a fintech company offering payment gateway services, including bill payments and general financial transactions, as a Sales Representative. His previous experience in the financial sector aligned well and an advantage for him in this role. His responsibilities includes identifying potential clients, promoting payment solutions, managing customer relationships, and consistently achieving sales targets and quotas.
