He began his career as an IT Engineer at XXXX, where he was responsible for managing server hardware, resolving network and power-related issues. His work was primarily focused within data center operations, supporting infrastructure stability and service availability. After three years in this technical role, he transitioned into IT Sales at XXXX, focusing on providing data center infrastructure, servers, networking solutions, and cloud-based technologies to clients. He collaborated with internal technical teams to understand customer requirements and offered solutions across various sectors. His work involved lead generation, managing pre-sales processes, creating solution proposals, and maintaining strong relationships with both new and existing customers. Following two years in sales, he moved into a sales leadership role within the same company. In this role, he has been responsible for expanding the customer base, strengthening relationships with existing enterprise clients, and growing business opportunities across the enterprise market. He has built a strong network within the enterprise market, enabling him to identify new leads, coordinate closely with vendors, and support account expansion strategies.
