1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He has over seven years of industry experience, beginning with a role in a real estate company to build his skills in sales. He later transitioned into Forex trading, which had always been his passion, leading him to move to Dubai. With  five years of prior experience in Forex, he joined XXXX directly in a retention role. He worked as a retention officer for nearly a year with both XXXX and a confidential company under Technos Desk.  His retention work involved calling pre-registered customers, primarily in India, and completing initial onboarding tasks.
    

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   His strongest skills would be his personality such as being fully committed to a task, especially in sales, he can complete it efficiently and with focus. His experience in the Dubai market taught him the importance of urgency and dedication, viewing sales as a 24/7 responsibility. He takes pride in consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets assigned to him by previous companies.

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
   Currently, he is associated with a real estate company, managing both real estate and Forex trading simultaneously. Over the past 1.5 years, he has built a strong personal network that allows him to meet sales targets remotely.  He began his career in Forex before the COVID-19 pandemic, including freelance work with the XXXX. He built a social media presence and an Instagram page to engage customers and improve his sales techniques. In Dubai, he has established connections with international clients, including Chinese and Saudi nationals, often introducing them to both real estate and Forex opportunities. His trading experience spans gold, major currency pairs, and crypto assets.
