1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He has over 10 years of experience in the industry and holds a B.Tech in engineering. Over the years, he has worked across various sectors and built a strong background in sales, with around a decade of experience handling multiple products and managing client relationships. He has also worked as a consultant, gaining exposure to different industries including manufacturing. Currently, he is engaged in projects involving electromechanical and electrical contractors, focusing on product-based solutions tailored to project requirements.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   His strongest skills are in sales. As part of his role, he regularly schedules client meetings on a daily and weekly basis. He starts by planning and rescheduling as needed to meet with clients and follow up on existing projects. Once the LPO is received, he manages the next steps including delivery coordination and payment follow-up to ensure smooth project closure.

3.  Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
   Before his last job, he had experience working on lighting control, lightning protection, CCTV, solar, and home automation systems, including ABB products. He also had some involvement in fire fighting systems and was confident in managing these areas. He had around four years of experience in ELV, mostly on a project basis. Although he was not directly involved in sales at that time, his current experience in sales combined with his technical background in ELV is now an advantage for him.
