1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   She has over 4.5 years of experience in the industry and holds a degree in commerce. She has worked extensively in the forex and allied sectors and is currently employed at XXXX as a Retention Specialist since February. In her previous roles, she also worked as a Customer Support Executive. Her responsibilities have included maintaining KYC compliance, assisting clients through help desk tickets, live chat, and email, and providing walkthroughs of the FX and IB platforms. She supported IBs by helping them choose landing pages while creating marketing links and shared weekly insights on link performance. 
    

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   She specializes in client retention and supports them with the company’s trading platform. When clients face issues, she addresses their concerns and effectively communicates the value of continuing to trade with the platform.

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
   In her current retention role, she focuses on encouraging clients to continue or resume trading on the platform, with a strong emphasis on client engagement and satisfaction.
