1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He has over five years of experience in the trading industry. After moving to Dubai in 2020, he began working with Product ID and later collaborated with several brokers for six to eight months. He then joined XXXX and XXXX as an Introducing Broker (IB). Following that, he took on a full-time role, where he remained for nearly a year. Recently, he has continued working in this field and has built a strong client base across Pakistan, India, Bangladesh, Belgium, and the UAE. He previously worked with Central for over a year. His clients primarily come from South Asia and often prefer to communicate in their native languages. While he hasn’t worked with many brokers, he has consistently maintained long-term commitments, never working with any broker for less than six to eight months.
    

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   He considers one of his strongest skills to be negotiation, especially when it involves understanding client needs and solving their problems through critical thinking. He also values staying informed about market direction, which helps guide management decisions effectively.

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
   He previously worked at a company where he closed deals worth $5 million within six months, surpassing his target. After that, he transitioned to a full-time position and worked with the company for over a year. Currently, he has exceeded his target of $100,000 in six months, achieving $5 million in sales. His role primarily focused on sales, where his main target was acquiring clients and generating business through marketing tools, rather than being directly involved in trading. With more than five years of experience, he has built a strong client base, particularly in Indonesia, Pakistan, India, Bangladesh, Belgium, and the UAE. He previously worked with XXXX for over a year and is now exploring new opportunities in trading. His preference is to work with companies that are regulated and adhere to necessary industry standards. He is fluent in English and his mother tongue, making it easier for him to communicate with clients, most of whom speak English.
