His responsibilities included onboarding and supporting existing clients, assisting with deposits, and resolving any issues they encountered. For more complex problems, he coordinated with back-end teams to ensure timely resolution. Over the last six months, he successfully helped generate deposits of over $25,000 on the platform. He was primarily responsible for creating plans to grow the customer base, increase revenue, and improve profitability. Before joining his previous company, he worked as a freelancer, particularly in the fintech industry, which offered many platforms in India. Over the years, he built a client base of over 10,000 across India, Malaysia, Thailand, Singapore, Cambodia, Dubai, and Russia.
