He has three years of experience in the industry and completed his graduation in IT and Computer Science in 2020 from India. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, there was a delay in completing his degree. During that period, he spent time learning coding, motivated by peers already working in the software field. However, he realized that the technical demands of the software development industry required long-term learning, which led him to shift toward IT sales. He joined a startup software company as an intern in IT sales, where he handled client acquisition through platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, and LinkedIn. With a background in coding, he was able to communicate effectively with clients about technical requirements. After six months, he was promoted to Web Sales Manager and led a small team of six, including designers and developers. Over two years, he contributed to around 20–25 projects, including e-commerce websites, mobile apps, and ERP/accounting software. He later moved to another company, initially expecting to continue in software sales. However, due to internal restructuring, he was assigned to a cross-selling process under AT&T's telecommunications services in the U.S. market. This involved converting customers from other providers to AT&T, selling home security, modems, and internet services. Despite the challenge, he consistently met sales targets of $10,000–$20,000 per month and worked there for one year.

What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
His strongest skill lies in his passion for sales, particularly due to his technical background in IT and software. This expertise allows him to effectively explain complex products and services to clients, something that can be challenging for individuals without a technical foundation. He is confident in both working with provided leads and independently generating new ones. He understands where to target the right audience and has a clear strategy for lead generation, which he considers one of his key strengths in sales.

Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
He was previous involved in selling various products, including websites, apps, and software solutions. In his first role, he worked on small projects such as eCommerce websites, portfolio sites, and landing pages. Over time, he secured clients from the US and the UAE, which led to larger projects, including marketplaces, AI-based platforms, job portals, and hotel websites. In his second role at, he focused on selling home security systems and modems. Most interactions were with users from different service providers, usually related to billing, network speed, or connectivity issues. He provided basic troubleshooting and customer support and then converted these interactions into sales by recommending relevant products like modems or home security systems to enhance the customer's experience. Overall, his experience leans more toward software and tech-based solutions.
