1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He has 14 years of experience in the industry, primarily managing markets. His work has focused on developing business in countries across sub-Saharan Africa, a few in the Maghreb region, and some in southern Africa. He played an important role in appointing dealers and distributors and growing the business in these countries. From 2011, he worked mainly with document management solutions and the distribution of certain IT products, mostly telecom and networking products. From 2020 onwards, his focus expanded to complete IT hardware and software distribution. He managed products related to PCs, mobile devices, networking, and IT solutions. He was responsible for managing the business across Africa and also handled the UAE market, where a few dealers and distributors were appointed to manage operations. 

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   He has strong analytical skills in assessing business opportunities for different territories, recognizing that each territory requires a unique management approach. These skills, combined with solid business acumen, have contributed to his success in various companies. He has led efforts to establish and grow new business in different countries for the brands or companies he worked with. Additionally, he has developed and expanded new business lines and has built experience in team management over the past nearly 9 years.

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
   For the past 14 years, he has been directly involved in appointing dealers and distributors for various brands, including Sharp, Toshiba, photocopiers, Lenovo, and some new brands entering these markets. He has good knowledge about refurbished products. Refurbished items, compared to new ones, often come up in business discussions, especially in electronics. He is also aware that the market for refurbished products is large, particularly in regions like Africa and CAS countries, where there is significant opportunity. However, the success depends on the quality and price points being offered.
