   He has over 8 years of experience in the industry and holds a Master’s degree in Data Science from XXXX University. He started his career at XXXX as a Technical Support Executive, assisting Amazon Kindle users in the United States with technical issues and providing e-reading support for over one and a half years. He then joined Teleperformance as a Senior Technical Support Specialist, supporting Western Digital hard drive devices and managing software tools like the convened board meeting platform. He also handled marketplaces in the GCC, Australia, the UK, and the US. Later, he moved into a Business Development Manager role at XXXX, a sound reinforcement company, where he handled enterprise clients, event management firms, DJs, studios, and traders. He was then promoted to Technical Sales Consultant, where his role shifted to working with channel partners, training both technical and sales teams. He dealt with heavy market competition from brands like JBL, Yamaha, and Sony. After moving to the UAE, he worked for XXXX for over a year, managing solutions such as DocuSign (a SaaS product) and a queue management system for infrastructure. Since platforms like DocuSign host data on cloud servers located in South America, such organizations prefer on-premise solutions to ensure data security and compliance.
