Since 2015, he has been working in the UAE, primarily as an IT Account Manager handling government and enterprise private sectors. Over the past 10 years, he has worked with various organizations, providing solutions in networking infrastructure, cybersecurity, audiovisual systems, and managed services. He has completed numerous projects for both government and private clients and is currently advancing his career in this field.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   His strongest skills include negotiation and understanding customer behavior. He is a good listener who carefully understands customer requirements and follows up with them throughout the process. He stays well-informed about ongoing business or project developments. He believes he performs these tasks effectively and continues to improve.
