   He has over 17 years of sales experience across diverse industries, including consumer electronics, FMCG, telecom, digital payments, and financial technology. After completing his MBA in India, he began his career there, then moved to Qatar, and has spent the last 9 years working in the UAE. His background includes working with leading brands and fintech startups, consistently demonstrating a strong ability to drive revenue growth and secure key accounts. Currently, he is with XXXX, a regulated brokerage house, where he leads business development across five countries—India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, and Nepal. He plays a key role in training staff on CRM tools and operational procedures, while also working closely with cross-functional teams such as marketing, development, compliance, and HR. Also, preparing performance reports and advising senior management. Prior roles include leadership positions in telecom, digital payments, and SaaS-based brokerage technology platforms.

   His strongest skills is being trustworthy and reliable, especially in building strong relationships with clients who follow his guidance with full confidence. He also emphasized his ability to understand his teammates' challenges and provide effective solutions. In addition, he described himself as calm and patient, particularly during conflicts, which allows him to manage situations in a composed and constructive manner.

   He has around 8 months of experience in a trading company focused on B2C sales. In total, he has been in the industry for about 3.5 years, initially handling only B2B sales before shifting to B2C. He is currently managing institutional sales, retail traders, and introducing brokers, working across both B2B and B2C channels. His entire experience over the past 3.5 years has been specifically within the Forex industry. In his current roles at XXXX, his responsibilities include managing a sales team, overseeing onboarding processes, collaborating with IBs and training institutions, structuring agreements, ensuring compliance, and providing ongoing support.
