He also managed aspects of the aftermarket supply chain, including overseeing the distribution of refurbished units, handling post-sales support, and ensuring the availability of spare parts and service options. After moving to the UAE, he joined a technology company as a Sales Manager, leading B2B sales of IT hardware products including Dell, HP, Cisco, enterprise printers, and mobile devices. Due to a company relocation, he later transitioned to XXXX, where he supported sales processes, managed CRM tools, and worked closely with marketing and technical teams. Most recently he worked as an IT & Sales Operations at a startup company, focusing on mobile devices and IT infrastructure.
