   He has over eight years of experience in the industry. While he worked in India for more than six years, his experience in Sales spans two years. He initially started as an agent and was later promoted to a team leader in a training company. His current role as a team leader began shortly after he started working as a Sales Team lead in XXXX for about months now.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   His skills include negotiating with clients, mostly from what he recalls, these were the companies involved. He has a convincing approach when addressing client concerns.

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
   He has 2 years experience in the Sales field. He is currently working at a Forex company, where he has been for 4 months, leading a sales team and providing training on sales techniques, product knowledge, and market trends, particularly within the Forex industry. While still relatively new to this sector, he remains focused on self-improvement and building strong client relationships and is familiar with MT5.
