1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   With 30 years of industry experience, he began his career in derivatives, specifically options, working for a company in Switzerland. His early role provided valuable insights into the financial field, broker commissions, and derivatives, though the company’s practices were not entirely fair to clients. Moving to a more structured asset management firm, he gained experience handling sophisticated client portfolios, particularly during the companies like Google and Yahoo. This period, marked by high market activity and widespread buying, made it an ideal time to learn financial products, especially within NASDAQ, which was emerging as a distinct trading space. He later joined ACM now known as XXXX, for two years before relocating to Dubai in 2006 to establish the company's first office. At the time, they were among the pioneers in the region, alongside professionals from XXXX and XXXX. Since September 2022, he has been with IG, leveraging his extensive experience in CFDs and financial markets.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   He has strong skills in sales and trading, with extensive experience in institutional execution and fixed income trading. He worked at XXXX for nearly three years before joining XXXX, where he had his first real trading experience in fixed income. Later, he spent four years at XXXX as a sales trader, onboarding clients and executing orders in spot FX deliverables and fixed income products, including corporate and government bonds. In 2019, he transitioned to XXXX, an exchange company in Dubai, which is owned by XXXX. Initially hesitant to leave, he was later convinced to return to brokerage and joined XXXX, a well-established corporate firm. Currently, he focuses on sales, client relationships, and order execution, aligning with his strengths in trading and sales.

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
   He serves as the link between the client and the risk, compliance, and dealing desk in London, ensuring all executions are properly filled. If issues arise, he is responsible for resolving them rather than simply forwarding them to the London team. He manages both the dealing desk and client relationships, particularly within the GCC region. While he has clients in Europe, company policy restricts him to onboarding clients only from the GCC. If a client is from Switzerland, for example, they must be referred to the Swiss team in Geneva or Zurich. Despite these restrictions, he has a strong client base within the GCC region.
