His career has grown steadily, and he now holds a key position at XXXX, a broker licensed under the first category by the SCA in Dubai. Although the company is relatively new, it has strong potential and is aiming to expand its presence across Dubai and the GCC region. Currently, he works as a Sales Executive and Team Leader, contributing to both strategy and team management. He was one of the first hires and played a crucial role in building operations from scratch, including marketing and digital outreach. He manages a team of over 20 staff members and is actively involved in recruitment and training. He also supports the company’s growth by advising on market strategies, business development, and promotional activities to help establish and grow the brokerage.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   He is strong and confident when it comes to handling meetings. His client close rate during face-to-face meetings is around 80–85%, demonstrating his strength in closing deals during in-person interactions.

   He has been working as a Sales Manager for over two years, consistently handling his responsibilities in that role. As part of a hiring team, he also supports the development of sales skills, including pitching and closing techniques, especially within the U.S. market.
