1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He has over 14 years of experience, with more than five years specifically in the forex industry since 2020. He began his career in sales and gradually advanced to the role of Business Development Manager, then Senior Business Development Manager, and is now serving as Head of Sales at XXXX. He joined the company around eight months ago and currently leads teams based in both India and the UAE. In addition to overseeing sales, he is also involved in risk management, leveraging the company’s AI-driven solutions to support clients in automating their trading processes without manual intervention. 

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   His expertise is broad, having worked across multiple industries. Also, he has experience in sales and marketing roles and has been involved in some project-related work. He currently manages a portfolio valued at approximately USD 2.7 million, which includes recruitment clients, institutional clients, and introducing brokers (IBs).

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
   He has an existing network of clients and contacts in his current company. He has experience across multiple industries, primarily in sales and marketing roles. His responsibilities includes lead generation, team management, training junior staff on company products, and conducting client education sessions through webinars and other formats. He has also worked closely with clients and IBs, providing ongoing support and product training. As head of sales, his role involves managing a wide range of tasks that require strong teamwork and coordination. His current company currently offers around 650 financial instruments on its MT platform, including commodities such as gold, silver, and copper, as well as major currency pairs like USD/EUR, USD/GBP, and GBP/EUR.
