1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He has over 22 years of experience in the telecom industry, beginning his career in India with various telecom operators, covering both network and device operations. For the past 12 years, he has been based in the UAE. He initially joined a company that manufactured mobile devices under the Magnus brand and served as the product head, managing distribution and partnerships with brands like Alcatel and Asus, and overseeing export, import, and retail sales across India and the UAE. He later moved to one of the leading telecom distribution companies in the UAE, where he worked as an Area Manager handling prepaid recharge (PPC) products, with a monthly revenue target of over 100 million AED. After the company exited the PPC business due to market saturation, he transitioned to postpaid acquisition, managing internet router sales and connections. He currently oversees around 60 counters and 130 staff across public locations such as metro stations and malls, under a direct investment model.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   His strongest skills are in the business field, particularly in team building. He played a key role in forming the business team, as there was strong interest from the entire group in creating it. He was responsible for recruiting, training, and developing the team. His ability to build and prepare teams has been a positive asset in this area.

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
   With nearly 10 years in his current role, he reports to the head and has extensive experience managing large teams and complex distribution networks. He has handled over 2,700 postpaid acquisitions monthly and has deep knowledge of UAE’s telecom retail geography, having designed sales routes still in use today. His experience also includes launching and scaling mobile brands in competitive markets, making him well-suited for distribution management roles. The current company, part of a larger group, operates in the digital and consumer electronics sector across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Egypt, and Qatar, focusing on home appliances and related product.
