1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He has 7 years of experience in the sales field, starting his career as an engineer after graduating with a degree in technical engineering in Sudan. There, he gained both technical and on-site sales experience, especially in the ELV sector, where roles often combined engineering and sales responsibilities. He worked in ELV for three years before starting his own business. Due to inflation challenges in Sudan, he later relocated and shifted his focus to sales roles. After moving, he worked in the stock market sector and then joined an established Indian XXXX company as a sales business developer. He later worked for a B2B company serving hospitals and government clients. Currently, he is working at XXXX as a sales engineer, focusing on ELV and smart home solutions since December. His experience mainly spans technical sales in ELV systems and smart home technologies.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   He has a strong technical background that goes beyond just sales. He worked closely with clients in a consultant role, handling the technical side of the process and clearly explaining product features in detail. He is familiar with the product and understands client needs, allowing him to guide them in making the right decisions. This combination of technical knowledge and client-focused consulting has been a key strength in his recent role.

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
   For the past 7 years, he has been working in sales, technical sales, and engineering, primarily focused on ELV technologies. His expertise also includes ELV security systems such as CCTV, and access control. Prior to his clients, his current client is the owner of XXXX, while in his previous company, he targeted government and hospital projects. He was responsible for achieving a monthly profit target of around 25K. In his previous role as an account manager, he handled the entire sales process—from initiating contact and closing deals to managing the client account post-sale, addressing any inquiries or ongoing requirements from the client.  Moreover, in his recent role he is responsible for designing, selling, and implementing customized home automation and security solutions, managing projects, business development, and technical support for residential and commercial clients for their IT and automation infrastructure.
