1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He has 19 years of experience in the foreign exchange and cross-border remittances industry. He began his career as a Branch Head at XXXX and XXXX, where he was responsible for buying and selling foreign currencies, handling traveler's cheques, and managing remittance services. Due to his performance, he was promoted to Regional Head in Mumbai, overseeing operations across Maharashtra, Gujarat, and Goa, before moving to the head office to manage the foreign exchange business across India for nearly 14 years. His core expertise includes currency trading, foreign exchange hedging, and handling imports/exports. He has hands-on experience in trading instruments such as forwards, futures, options, spot, and tom deals, along with strong banking relationships across India and international markets. After leaving XXXX in 2018, he worked with other exchange and remittance companies, including a role managing global forex and treasury operations, and he is currently with a company focused on both remittances and foreign exchange.
    

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   He has strong expertise in hedging tools, particularly within the FX market, where real-time rate fluctuations demand strategic risk management. He is good in instruments such as forward contracts, futures, and currency options, and understands how to use them effectively to hedge costs, especially in dynamic interbank environments. His understanding aligns with what FX trading firms seek, particularly those expanding into retail customer education.

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
   His professional journey began at XXXX, where he initially managed a branch, overseeing end-to-end operations, before transitioning fully into FX and remittance product roles.  He mentioned that he monitors multiple tools for analyzing currency movements, with a focus on Candlestick patterns and the RSI, which are commonly used by traders. He also referred to Finobi as another tool of interest. He explained that currency fluctuations are influenced by two key aspects: geopolitical news and market movements, including those in equity and commodity markets. He closely tracks global announcements—such as tariff updates—which can significantly impact currency trends. His work centers on the payments space, particularly card issuance and acquiring within a B2B model.
