1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He has over nine years of experience in the industry. His career began in financial services in 2017 as a retail salesman before transitioning to the B2B sector at the institutional level the same year. He started providing technology and liquidity solutions for forex brokers and crypto exchanges, including CRM systems and liquidity management. Additionally, he played a key role in building forex brokers and crypto exchanges from the ground up. After five and a half years in his first B2B company, he joined XXXX, where he spent a year working with a retail crypto exchange and forex broker, serving as Vice President of the Institutional Sales department. Following this, he joined XXXX a legal service and payment solutions provider, managing merchant acquisition deals and licensing for forex, crypto, payments, and gaming. Most recently, after the closure of XXXX’s Dubai office, he was involved with a risk management software and service provider for forex brokers, specializing in market-making for crypto exchanges.

   He has strong communication skills and can adapt his approach to effectively convey information to different audiences. He understands that people process information differently based on their background, such as native English speakers from countries like the UK and the US compared to those who use English as a second language, including individuals from India and Pakistan.
    

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
   His expertise primarily comes from the B2B and institutional level, focusing on service, technology providers, and liquidity providers for Forex. He has worked with companies that develop and supply technology for brokers, such as trading platforms, liquidity solutions, risk management tools, and systems like IB systems, PAMM, corporate trading platforms, and other essential solutions. His role has involved delivering these services to retail brokers. Since 2016, he has provided retail services, and from 2017 onward, he has been involved in building Forex brokerage firms from the ground up. His professional network consists of CEOs, Forex brokerage owners, and top-level decision-makers in the industry. While retail sales are manageable, they come with additional challenges compared to institutional-level services.
