Over the past three years, he has worked with XXXX, focusing on business development and content creation through an agency that connects brands with football clubs for sponsorships. He began his career in the HR department of XXXX, where he played a key role in company setup, licensing, and hiring department heads for B2B and B2C roles. After almost a year, he moved to a remote role with a venture capital company based in Australia, where he worked in business development. The company focused on early-stage coins, NFT projects, and blockchain-related ventures. He successfully closed 15–20 major sponsorship deals each season, with a minimum value of €1 million per deal, building a portfolio valued between €27–33 million. He led every stage of the process—from initiating contact and negotiating complex terms to finalizing pricing structures and managing long-term partnership agreements. These high-value collaborations significantly boosted brand visibility for clients while delivering strong commercial results through strategic, high-profile exposure in the sports industry.

The company operated a newspaper, a VPN project, and a gambling website—where the entire ecosystem originated. He contributed to the development of a crypto wallet similar to Binance’s, supporting trading pairs and standard exchange functionalities. This role helped him build foundational experience in the crypto exchange space. In his current company, his responsibilities includes identifying the best clubs, managing deals and contracts, and overseeing content and contractual rights throughout the season.
