She often assists clients with technical issues, such as troubleshooting login problems or helping them understand trading functions like placing stop-loss or take-profit orders. She handles high volumes of inquiries, managing over 100 support tickets or chat interactions daily—sometimes reaching up to 150 in a single day. Her tasks involve helping clients via chat, email, and calls using CRM platforms such as Freshdesk and the company’s internal system.  She works closely with the sales team because once a lead is generated, it needs to be assigned to a salesperson who then follows up. From there, if any technical issues arise, she and her team step in to assist. Sometimes, clients want to link their accounts under the IB referral program, and those requests are sent to customer service, which operates as part of the company’s operations team. She also collaborates with the application team responsible for verification processes and document handling, though she does not directly contact clients to request funding.
