1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He has over three years of experience in the recruiting industry and more than four years in the Forex and CFD brokerage sector  with a full expertise with FX, Stocks, Crypto, Commodities, and Indices. He began his career as a customer support representative in Lebanon and gradually moved between brokers, seeking better roles and career growth. Due to local economic challenges and currency issues, he started looking for remote opportunities and eventually joined XXXX, later known as XXXX, where he handled partnership and retention sales for the MENA region. Following this, he moved to Cyprus for a better offer but left shortly after due to misalignment with the company culture. He later joined XXXX, where he was satisfied with the role but found the company’s restrictions on personal branding limiting. Afterward, he worked with XXXX for nearly a year until a client issue affected his business. He then joined XXXX in Dubai, but due to poor trading conditions and a lack of regional experience, he returned to Lebanon. Now based back home, he is actively seeking remote roles in sales or business development with reputable firms.
    

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   He has strong skills in sales support and leadership, having previously worked as a sales manager overseeing a small team in new markets. He is confident on sales calls, handles client needs effectively, and ensures customer satisfaction. He also has a solid understanding of the forex industry, with personal trading experience that helps him guide clients using market insights and daily news. While he acknowledges past challenges, such as frequently changing brokers and losing some clients and IBs, he is transparent about those experiences and focused on moving forward with a more stable approach.
