1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He has 15 years of experience in Forex and financial trading. His recent company was at XXXX, he acted as a prime broker, facilitating banking lines for institutional clients and family offices, providing brokerage services in equity markets. Following his tenure at XXXX, he relocated to Dubai, initially accompanying his partner, who works in finance at XXXX. In Dubai, he explored private equity opportunities and capital-raising initiatives across different products while operating independently. Later, he partnered with the chairman of Linear, to establish a proprietary trust focused on raising capital for FX funds and various financial products. While that business is largely self-sustaining.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   His strongest skills were in business development. While he was involved in the trade side at certain points due to business progression, his primary focus was managing a team and overseeing trading aspects. His role has always been closely tied to raising capital, setting targets, and driving business growth. He has experience implementing diverse solutions for clients to maximize profitability and has contributed in various ways to add value. His expertise remains in sales and business development.

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
   His background includes studying financial economics, and after university, his career has been in sales since leaving university, with every role involving sales to some degree. It started with retail clients before progressing to professional clients, ultra-high-net-worth individuals, and eventually institutional clients. His experience spans various levels of sales, requiring engagement with diverse client profiles and adapting to different market segments. He initially focused on sales, onboarding clients primarily for CFDs and FX businesses. He progressed to Linear, where he took on similar responsibilities but also played a key role in setting up an AR business. At XXXX, he managed a team of 7-8 professionals on a self-employed model, operating through a joint venture that functioned as an independent business. The team developed and sold various financial products, including FX and equity offerings. With extensive experience in London and a strong network in Dubai, he has developed connections with family offices, smaller funds, and brokerage houses. He is eager to join a dynamic company where he can leverage his expertise in direct broking and financial trading in a more hands-on capacity.
