1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
He has more than 17 years of experience in the Sales field and has been in Dubai for more than 8 years now. He started his career with XXXX as a Sales Representative and XXXX as a Senior Sales Representative where he identified sales opportunities and monitored team targets as well as a senior. After that, he went to the UAE and worked with XXXX as a Sales Executive where he worked with customers to explain packages, handle contracts, register transactions, and managed daily, monthly sales reports as well. After some years, he moved to XXXX as a Sales first then was assigned to a Sales Leader Executive and Senior Retail Service Operation where he mostly did promotion, channel operation, and managed incidents/emails from users with technical and network issues. He also handled daily and monthly reports back then regarding incidents, resolutions for team and management, and sales targets as well. He is currently with XXXX as a Senior Sales Executive where he takes care of customers in the showroom and assist with product selection, decision, follow up until delivery of the product to the customers, also handled quotations and payments as well. He mostly handled sanitary ware, ceramic tiles, and similar products on this role.
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skill would be handling team since he has handled about 26 agents as one of his biggest team in direct sales. He’s also good with problem-solving and loves to help, assist people fix their problems and propose successful resolutions through effective sales strategies. Apart from that, he’s great with handling customers, listening to their pain points, and support them efficiently.
