1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He has over 8 years of experience in the industry. He is currently working with a distributor in the technical department, where he provides product support related to configuration and operations. He also conducts client training sessions. He has three years of experience in the AV field from a previous role at a theme park, where he provided technical support for unified communication systems, networking, and various audio, video, and lighting products. In his earlier role with XXXX, he was responsible for the maintenance of ELV systems, drone show operations, and puppet robot operations. He also handled the setup and operation of audio, lighting, and video systems, as well as the operation and maintenance of various interactive games. His responsibilities included following start-of-day and end-of-day procedures, troubleshooting equipment faults, testing and labeling cables and products during installation, and managing the overall testing of attraction systems before handover to the R&A department.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   His strongest skills are in troubleshooting and programming, particularly in areas like control and audio/video system programming. He has hands-on experience with configuring and troubleshooting various branded devices commonly used in the field. He also supports system integrators by assisting with system design and resolving issues during project implementation.
