    He has 7.5 years of experience in sales within the IT industry. He was raised in Dubai and graduated with a degree in Information Technology from XXXX University. He began his career in IT support, handling infrastructure and software-related issues for a few months only. Later he moved in a full time role as a sales specialist at XXXX a government telecommunication institution in Dubai. There, he focused on providing IT solutions to customers, he was later promoted to Senior Account Manager, managing telecom and ICT solutions. He collaborates closely with internal technical teams to align product offerings with client objectives and oversees the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and post-sales support. With his strong communication and strategic planning skills, he consistently meets sales targets and contributes to the company’s overall growth in the highly competitive UAE telecom market. His responsibilities includes managing client relationships, delivering presentations, and handling product demos. After a few years, he moved to another leading IT company as an Account Manager, selling trusted IT infrastructure products from leading vendors such as Avaya, Cisco, HP, Lenove and Dell; mostly for their clients,  he handles the telecommunications, IT managed service providers, consulting firms, and also, some government sectors since he also had direct experience working in public sector and had a strong network.
