1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
He is currently working as a Lead Software QA Engineer for XXXX where they are working mostly on mobile application and websites. He’s responsible in this company for managing a team of 5 manual testers, creating test plans, and guiding the whole team in automation testing as well as execution of manual test cases. Formerly, he worked as a Quality Assurance Engineer at XXXX and QA Tester for XXXX and built modules for that application from scratch and test mobile applications as well. After that, he worked as a Software QA Engineer for XXXX under XXXX where they migrated the old application of the company into a new mobile architecture which has the core banking features such as accounts transfer, sending invoice, and payment of investments and loans. His key skills would be creating test cases, manual execution, and some automation skills as well using Appium, Selenium, and Java.
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skill would be his broad knowledge and experience of interacting with people in the industry with different personalities and characters. On top of that, he has great technical skills and management skills altogether since he has been doing that for several years now. In terms of the tools, he’s proficient with Postman, validating APIs, SQL and database testing as well as functional regression.
3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
He has more than 5 years of experience in QA testing and has been doing this since he started his career. He would be willing to work within the infrastructure, networking, and monitoring environment as well since he wants to be heavily involved in the IT industry at this point of time. Knowledgeable with different testing methodologies and automated testing framework as well, and has knowledge of networking protocols from his previous company experience.
