1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
She has around 10+ years of experience in the software testing into various domains including insurance, healthcare, and even entertainment. She has worked into four MNC companies and is currently working with XXXX as a Senior Professional Test Engineer where she works with automation testing, mobile testing, and functional testing as well; in terms of tools, she is knowledgeable with Selenium code, Java, API testing, Postman, and other related tools. She also has experience of leading a team of 6 members for few years now and starts her days with a quick stand up call with the team, connect and understand what’s going on and what needs to be done to fix it. She is involved with XXXX where she is testing both web applications and mobile applications in different devices; they do compatibility testing, functional testing, and also cross-platform testing. Before this, she was with XXXX as a Senior QA Engineer where she also developed and maintained automation regression test cases using OATS and Selenium. Prior to that, she was with XXXX as a Test Automation Engineer Senior Analyst and started off as a Test Analyst/Engineer for XXXX.
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skill would be handling teams since she has already did that with a team of 6 members before. Apart from that, she’s great with testing as well and has been doing this since the start of her career, in various domains including insurance, healthcare, and entertainment. She has experience in both automation testing and manual testing and even though she enjoys handling teams, she can roll her sleeves up to be involved in the testing tasks as well.
