1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
He has more than 4 years of experience in project management/coordination mostly for ERP system implementations and enhancements, especially for the retail, manufacturing, and logistics sector. He is currently with XXXX as an ERP Project Consultant where he leads the implementation of Odoo v17 for inventory and finance modules, responsible for aligning system features with retail operations and distribution workflows. He always coordinates user requirement gathering, data migration from legacy systems, and UAT sessions; apart from that, he has designed workflow diagrams and SOPs for warehouse and procurement processes. Before this, he was an ERP Functional Analyst where he acted as a key liaison between the IT and operations teams in delivering customized solutions in SAP B1; he conducted system testing before, validation of data imports, and also created dashboard reports. He is skilled in coordinating with cross-functional teams, data migration, testing, and user training efforts.
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skill would be ERP implementation and coordination since he has been working in this space for almost 5 years now. He has great experience in leading full-cycle ERP implementations in different sectors such as retail, supply chain, and manufacturing. He has great hands-on experience as well in managing data migration, testing, user training, and post-go-live supports. In addition, he also has deep understanding of ERP workflows and cross-functional coordination specifically with Odoo and SAP B1 ecosystems.
