1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
He has been working as a Digital Innovation Consultant with XXXX for the last five years; he’s expert with implementing various ERP modules for multiple industry such as construction, retail, and others for their operations, financials transitions from legacy system to new system, and related stuff. Previously, he was a Manager for Digital & Innovation for XXXX in Qatar and was responsible for coordinating RFP rollout and selecting of implementation partners as well. Previous to that, he was mostly doing ERP project management for two different companies in Abu Dhabi and Dubai; leading ERP implementation processes from kickoff meetings to system customization and even integration.
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skill would be ERP implementation since he has been doing this for more than 10 years now; not only that but also building mobile applications from scratch mostly for industries such as retail, food and beverage, point of sale systems, and all of that. He also has done process engineering of non-digital processes into digital processes.
3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
Has strong experience with ERP project coordination, management, and implementation; also currently doing functional consulting and freelance projects. He’s mostly knowledgeable with SAP Business One, Oracle ERPs, and is also aware of the functionalities of Odoo. He also has experience working within the retail industry so can use that experience for his next job as well. Proficient with data migration, system integration, and also different tools such as Excel and SQL-based systems.
