1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He has over eight years of experience in the banking and fintech industry. He is currently serving as Head of Risk at a crypto asset service provider operating in Bahrain and Dubai. In this role, he is responsible for developing risk management frameworks covering operational, liquidity, compliance, and vendor risks, aligned with standards set by the XXXX and the XXXX. He also works closely with stakeholders to manage ongoing risks and conducts business impact assessments and resilience testing as part of regulatory requirements. Previously, he worked as Manager – Technical and Credit at XXXX, where he handled assessments of large corporate credit exposures, prepared technical and economic viability reports, and developed internal credit rating models. His responsibilities also included policy design, regulatory reporting, and audit coordination. Academically, he holds a master's degree from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) with a focus on atmospheric sciences, and a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering.

   He has expertise in risk management and recently completed a Financial Risk Management (FRM) certification in July 2024. This qualification is considered one of his key strengths. He has a solid understanding of the financial, currency, and commodity markets.
