She has over 6 years of experience in the banking and finance industry, mainly focused on customer service. After finishing her Bachelor’s in Business Administration back in her home country, she did an internship at a bank where she handled some back-office work and occasionally supported customers. After graduating, she moved to UAE for better career opportunities and started working at a digital banking company called XXXX. There, she helped customers with online transactions, account setups, and mobile app issues through chat, email, and calls. She worked with the operations and product teams to improve service. She was also awarded for her contributions after three years in the company. Later after leaving the company, she joined a finance company as a Customer Success representative, managing customer’s portfolios using their digital platform for investments and savings. She was hands-on in solving issues, boosting customer engagement. After about a year and a half, she moved to another company as a Customer Experience Manager, here she analyzed customer feedback and data to help shape better services and features, aiming to bridge customer needs with business goals and push digital finance forward. She collaborated with compliance and operations teams to provide effective processes like digital KYC, fund transfers, and reporting.

She is great at picking up new processes quickly and handling tasks and problem-solving, which has helped her move up in her career over the last six years. Communication is another one of her strength, especially when it comes to calmly and politely addressing customer concerns around platform transactions and fund isues. She also built great relationships with her team and colleagues, making her a valuable team player.
