1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
He has completed his BCA and MCA from India and has completed several certifications as well. He initially started with XXXX as an Information Security Consultant where he was deployed to various clients where he had to perform security assessments, setting of command control servers using different tools, STRIDE command, and whole black box operations. Then he started working with XXXX as an Executive Consultant where he had projects including security assessments, mobile applications, and architecture review assessments as well as red team projects. Afterwards, he joined XXXX as an Information Security Risk Analyst where he handled threat modelling, analyse all of their design implementations before the applications gets built and deployed them into environment as well. Apart from that, he’s responsible for finding any misconfigurations, doing source code reviews, and help in compliance-related activities as well. Then he moved to the UAE and is currently in Abu Dhabi, working with XXXX as an Information Security Analyst where he’s only doing two applications test and validations of all the audits; also doing segmentation testing, code reviews, and such.
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skill would be VAPT and application VAPT since he has been doing these for more than 5 years now. He mostly does penetration testing for clients, application testing running on Windows environment, and also good with Red Teaming; good with simulating threats, creating malwares, and bypassing antivirus products as well to get inside the network and test different attacks.
3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
Has almost 6 years now of experience with cybersecurity and penetration testing. He’s very familiar with the tools including Metasploit, BurpSuite, Nmap, and Wireshark since he has used them mainly for his jobs in the past few companies. Apart from that, he’s knowledgeable with OWASP Top 10, MITRE ATT&CK, and other security frameworks. Familiar with the concept of both blue teaming and red teaming so will be comfortable being involved in both if ever. Has several certifications as well that he can leverage for his next jobs.
