1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
He has switched to the IT field for about three years now and started with a company in Bulgaria called XXXX as a Computer Network Analyst and Engineer where basic troubleshooting with the Cisco routers, configuration of them, resolving network problems, and such. After some time, he was assigned as a System Administrator for the same company and started to speak with clients to support them with system administration; he does network troubleshooting, configuration, monitoring, upgrading, and maintaining their system hardware, software, and related infrastructure. He has worked there with various engineering fields to troubleshoot complex system-level issues. Then he moved to Abu Dhabi and was hired for an Office Manger and Digital Marketer for XXXX in Dubai where he was responsible for maintaining the website, Google ads, and related platforms; he made optimizations on that role as well. His last role was with XXXX as an IT Support and Mobile Application Tester where he was responsible for the regular application testing for new customer application launch and quality assurance as well. He started to learn more and gain new knowledges of this field, he did lots of manual testing with their clients, and worked closely with his colleagues on a daily basis. On top of that, he was also in charge of the IT support in their office where he had to troubleshoot networking problems, device connectivity, system configuration, and such.
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skill would be his solid grounds in the networking, system administration, Windows/Linux, and also mobile application testing since he has been working on this field for the past 3 years. He’s also passionate with cloud computing and cloud system administration, as well as cybersecurity; he has great knowledge with Azure, little bit of GCP and AWS as well.
3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
He has been doing the QA and application testing for more than a year now and mostly doing manual application testing. He has mostly produced daily reports on application bugs, errors, and did functional testing as well on a regular basis. On top of that he has a bit of knowledge and experience within automated testing as well.
