2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   He is skilled at troubleshooting. For example, if someone approaches him with an issue, he will provide a solution without hesitation. He does not require additional time to address concerns. In similar roles, he is known as a troubleshooter.
