He also performed network diagnostics, resolving performance issues and improving network response time by 30%. Additionally, he provided Level 1 technical support to both on-site and remote users, using tools such as AnyDesk, Remote Desktop, and Cisco CLI, and escalated unresolved issues to higher support levels.
