This early exposure led to a formal role providing IT support, which eventually progressed into an official position at XXXX, where he served as an IT Support Analyst. Later, he transitioned to the XXXX, where he moved from second-line support to an infrastructure engineering role, managing large-scale environments with over 35,000 users and 40,000 devices in Active Directory. He was involved in several infrastructure projects, including network assessments, virtualization (using ESXi servers and over 200 VMs), VDI, server management, and remote troubleshooting. Currently, he works at XXXX Limited, a company focused on home automation solutions. His role involves both technical and customer-facing responsibilities, including project planning, technical translations, budgeting, and solution implementation. His ability to adapt quickly and manage both internal and external technical requirements highlights his strength in delivering end-to-end IT solutions.
