1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
He finished his university in Jordan then came back to Dubai and started his career with XXXX as a System Administrator where he was responsible for around 20 Linux servers supporting Oracle Business Suite, also backup systems, storages, and such. After few years, he switched to XXXX as a Sr. System Administrator where he was managing all the backup software and has led multinational team of about 10 system administrators working for 25+ clients from main sites and DR. After about 10 years in that company, he has joined XXXX and acted as a team leader for the infrastructure backup and storage, supporting mostly government 24x7, they gave support to clients for all the infrastructure especially in backup and storage. Last few years ago, he joined XXXX as an IT Infrastructure Manager where they supported leveraged and dedicated infrastructure to each clients; most of the clients pay for different services including network service, security service, backup service, storage service, windows service, and others.
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skill would be IT management including information technology, infrastructure, and good with managing people and systems. In terms of the industry, he has worked mostly for manufacturing, infrastructure, and government as well.
3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
His experience is mostly within IT and Infrastructure management but is also open for sales or account management type of roles within the same sector if given the chance; he has experience with it although not directly and heavily since he’s focused with people and system management.
