Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
He first started to work in XXXX Taiwan as a Senior Account Manager where he marketed the PCB field. After that, he joined XXXX as an Account Manager for semiconductor. Then joined XXXX as a Product Marketing Manager where he was involved with semiconductors in advanced packaging application. After some years, he joined XXXX as a Region Head and Project Manager for the whole APAC, they specialize in PCB, EMS, and ODM. He is also involved in introducing new product to the whole APAC market including China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, etc. And he is currently a Sales Manager for Semiconductor at XXXX again where he in charge in outsourcing semiconductors.

What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skill would be troubleshooting and application especially with lithography and photo image for the PCBs. He is also good with PCB solder mask, dry film PR application. He is also very good with technical sales since this is what he has been doing for quite some time now. For semiconductors in general, he can say he is very familiar with it.

Do you have the lists of key criteria's according to the client's requirements?
Has 12+ years of experience in the semiconductor industry, he is most familiar with lithography, ECD, and packaging/assembly of semiconductors. He is very strong with semiconductors and is also familiar with the Asian market’s semiconductor industry especially China, Taiwan, and Hong Kong. Can also do sales and marketing when it comes to semiconductor products.
