- Currently he is working in XXX a hedge fund company, He is the IT Service Provider. He supported 20-24 companies with their trading platform like, Bloomberg, Infusion, Star, TIM, FC Stone, MaxTrader, Anaconda, Python. He was the one who do the installation of the application maintenance of the server, patching, remote accessing for the unit that cannot connect to their network. He is responsible also in account creation, AD Monitoring of services.
- He was with XXX as Desktop Engineer. He leaves the company because XXX was relocating back to Japan. His main job was to support senior management and VIPs with their issues with network, systems, and servers. He also worked with XXX as an IT admin. His roles are to troubleshoot hardware and software issues for their end customer including mobile deployment and server maintenance. He also worked with Dell as a client technical support associate. Previously to that he also worked with XXX Philippines, XXX, XXX, XXX and XXX Corporation as a technical support for hardware and software.
- He is strong in Helpdesk support he even rates himself 4 out 5, because he can support different level of users, from President down to normal users. One of his experience was when the time that their traders’ unit or device have the virus, so what he did was, he disconnected all their traders to their domain network and connect them to other network or guest network so that their transaction will continue and after the trading, that is the time he can configure all the system. He cannot configure all the units while the traders still in transaction because it will make the situation worst, so he waited them and perform the things that he need to do.
- Network / Systems / Servers – 4/5 ratings since he has been working on these for 8 years now. He delegated TCP/IPs for their users for Nissan employees including configurations with their network, systems, and servers.
