1.   Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He started as a business developer, business consultant generating the sales and managing the different clients across the globe, into IT service-based company like Digital Agency where they were working on multiple web and mobile application projects, game development and social media and marketing projects. He needed to generate the sales, to increase the company's business and coordinate with the project manager and the internal team to deliver those projects on a timely manner. Then he gradually shifted into a business, into project coordination work and the business analysis work activities based on the project requirements. He also found that business analysis activity and the domain is the most interesting, during the client communication he tries to understand their expectations and what they are expecting as a business goal or what is the goal from that particular product, suggest to them proper solutions with the technical feasibility and technical challenges. The he started working at a product-based company. He has a vast domain experience like Ecommerce and supply chain management, healthcare management, and auction domain. He is currently into the loyalty management that is again a B2B software based product that is based on the API configurations and the mobile application as well

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   He is strongest in coordination, coordination with the QA for the UAT. So once the feature is developed or the task is developed so before delivering to the client, once the QA cycle is completed, he verifies the things and make sure that whatever was discussed, the requirement, has been phrased and whatever was mentioned in the user story document, whether developer has developed in that manner or not whether acceptance criteria passed or not. Whether the flow is complete or not. So verify all the everything on local server, staging server and then he delivers that to the client for their verification. His role starts from the initiation to the delivery and even after the post-delivery. Because many times it happens that after delivering of the feature to the customer when they are testing, sometimes they are not getting the user flow or sometimes they are not understanding why we are getting such kind of data. So he also supports them to understand the flow and to understand the customer data kind of thing so his role starts from the requirement catering to requirement analysis and in between development because he needs to help the developers to understand the client expectation and if any changes is required or any queries he needs to coordinate them and post-delivery as well.
