With his current company, he works with a traditional storage solution in IT industry. It is more of a traditional infrastructure solution; he started working in 2003 and he began working as a Service Engineer and his knowledge was more on the semi-conductor equipment’s then moved to the IT industry after 8 years and he picked up knowledge in the tech industry.
- What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest and specialist in?
His core function is on sales and business development and his area of work has been always on machine learning and AI and he is also able to articulate from technical aspects in area in the business field, he is also the bridge between the data scientist and business people he also helps the business people understand on what their product can do to help their business and he helps objectify the business process and he also built teams and he also managed Sales team and caters the ASEAN region.
- He also grew his knowledge in data science, artificial intelligence and then moved working with AI Software companies and then he was asked to set up a team focusing on software and analytics. He also worked for an AI Software company and does predictions and deal with companies in the manufacturing industries and any industries, and they work with IoT, and heavy machineries and other technologies and they provide predictive analytics and on how they can improve the process of the production.
- He also moved to H2O.ai which is a machine learning automation platform which is used by data science which they use to process data science process and his role involves in consultative and his main task is to sell the platform to different companies and he also tries to understand the customers and workflow on how they can place their AI to the environment and identify the areas where their product could perform to the environment.
5. He also worked for an AI company that focuses on inventory in the healthcare industry and does the predictive work and they build front-end platform for the inventory platform. He also worked for a company called Internal Centre for Industrial Transformation they focus for industry 4.0 and they take over the EDB which is one of the governments in Singapore where they create a program which used it to help the maturity of some firms and they took the program and they commercialized and recruited consultants to onboard them and bring them the program and they will work with many different firms. |
