1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He’s working in Singapore for more than 8 years now and started there as a desktop support engineer in the same company that he is currently working but he just moved up into a different team and currently on the DC operation working as a resident engineer. They are supporting the XXX data centers. When it comes to his technical background, he said that he is mostly on the desktop support (Windows sever patching) and regarding the DC ops, they are handling level 1 support.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   He said that he is confident in his skills which he can find a solution in any problems that they are facing in work. He also said that he is able to analyzed things and think out of the box to find a solution or maybe create an easiest way to resolve the problem.

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria's according to the clients requirements?
   He have 4 years of experience in Data center operations and 4 years in desktop support (Both Government agency). He also has an experience in troubleshooting different kinds of networks such as LAN and WAN. He also rates his skills for that 3 out of 5. He also have an experience or performs a task which is related for the cabling and patching especially for windows and rates his skills 5 out of 5 for that. He can also do the inventory management and rates his skills 4 out of 5.
