Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
His last role was a Quantitative Analyst in XXXX wherein his role is divided into 50% quantitative modelling and other 50% in software development. For the quantitative part of his job, they read market risks, metrics, and also several testing. He also does lots of data engineering such as designing and building data pipelines/services. Sometimes have to do lots of devops jobs including CI/CD, Kubernetes, and AWS. He also worked as an analytics developer in XXXX in which it is pretty similar to quant modelling and lots of machine learning.

What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Most confident in using Python and can build codes/projects from scratch using it that’s why he rates himself 5 out of 5 in using it. Also worked on two projects using Python and one of it became a product already. Also used C# in his current job but is not confident in creating something from scratch with it.

Do you have the lists of key criteria's according to the clients' requirements?
As a graduate of Financial Engineering, he has strong knowledge and skills in VaR, Trading Systems, and other banking and finance terms. Learned C++ in no school but haven’t used it in professional work yet, is confident that he can write code from c++ and just needs a little refresher. Also knows nearly all data structure very well.
